𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 Additive manufacturing (AM) technologies have been identified as one of the key enabling technologies to improve European industrial competitiveness. Today, additive manufacturing (AM) is changing the way that manufacturers produce end-use parts and components. The aim of 𝗔𝗠 𝗧𝗘@𝗖𝗛 project is to desing and to implement an innovative training on additive manufacturing for C-VET trainers to develop specific competences in the filed of additive sector. Some barriers such as the lack of knowledge and skills on the use of the technology, as well as a complex value chain, requiring the cooperation of actors from different backgrounds.

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖-𝗩𝗘𝗧 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝗠 𝗧𝗘@𝗖𝗛 is an 𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗦𝗠𝗨𝗦 + project that brings together six European organisations for developing an innovative training programme on additive manufacturing, targeting both trainers and the final beneficiaries of the learning experience, i.e. managers, buyers, designer, process engineers operating in the manufacturing sector. The aim of the 𝗔𝗠 𝗧𝗘@𝗖𝗛 project is to offer trainers a basic knowledge of additive manufacturing technologies and materials and their fields of application, while developing the ability to define the most suitable selection strategies for the design of training courses.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝘆 The project will ensure better coordination and increase of the competitiveness of the additive manufacturing industry. 𝗔𝗠 𝗧𝗘@𝗖𝗛 will develop an effective and innovative training methodology, a high-quality training contents, training contents customised for each target group and an e-Learning platform. The Università del Salento collaborates with the Fondazione "Istituto Tecnico Superiore" for Sustainable Mobility Aerospace sector ( www.itsaerospaziopuglia.it) for the development of some virtual and remote laboratories, the co-design and validation of the new training course.
